The drills Johnson-Lynch shares go from one server - by themselves - to adding other activities for the server to do once the serve is successful.
Johnson-Lynch also shares suggestions on serving strategy, serving after a time out and adds excellent coaching points and takeaways throughout the video.
Johnson-Lynch then introduces several additional drills by adding passers - starting with a 2-on-2 drill, then 4-on-4 drill, a 6-on-6 drill, the ‘ISU Drill’ and others.
The drills shared are competitive and serve a wonderful secondary purpose as great conditioning exercises.
This video is a great video to make serve and pass drills a more competitive and less routine!
